1. Use of the Service

2. Products and Orders

2.1. All products displayed on the Service are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.

2.2. By placing an order through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to process your order.

2.3. Orders are processed every Sunday, and deliveries are scheduled for the following Friday. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, your order will be out for delivery on the next Friday. Please note that delivery times to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) typically range from 7 to 9 days from the date of dispatch.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1. Refunds are only applicable for undamaged items. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2. Delivery fees for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

3.3. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card) or in person, depending on the circumstances.
